My name is Katrina King, Realtor with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. I have maintained my reputation in the real estate industry through motivation, hard work, dedication and a relationship oriented approach to business, even after the completed transaction. With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, I understand my clients individual needs, lifestyle and budget by listening and getting to know them. I obtained my Associates Degree and Certificate of Achievement in Business and Marketing from Saddleback College. In addition, I received my Transaction Coordinator Certification from California Association of Realtors. Born and raised in Orange County, I enjoy what Southern California has to offer, from the ocean, to the mountains, to the desert. I love sharing my local travel experiences with my clients while providing extensive knowledge of the Southern California Orange County housing market. Calling Aliso Viejo home yet has lived everywhere from Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Dana Point to all the way up the coastline to San Clemente. I love to cook and walk my dog, Ziggy, on local beaches and hiking trails. On some weekends, I enjoy driving to Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead and Joshua Tree.
