Martha Chen-Falch

Real Estate, Architecture, MBA & SDAR Award Winner – A graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Martha previously practiced architecture before transitioning to real estate. She also was enrolled in the MBA program at Pepperdine University in Malibu before moving to San Diego. As architecture and real estate go hand in hand, Martha has unique experiences that allow her to provide a client experience that is unmatched in the industry.

When looking to buy or sell a home, her keen eye can assist her clients in envisioning, defining, and organizing different spaces. Working hard is Martha's trademark. She is well known for being extremely patient, meticulous, focused, and responsive. Martha and her husband love to travel and enjoy music, arts, history, and architecture outside of work. Additionally, Martha loves taking advantage of California's outdoor lifestyle and enjoys snowboarding, swimming, and ice-skating. Aside from English, Martha speaks, reads and can write in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
