Jessica Calvillo

Motivated by a sense of responsibility to her clients, Jessica Calvillo leverages her accomplished work ethic and strong understanding of customer service. Highly disciplined and extremely detail-oriented, Jessica is known as an energetic, positive person with great business sense. Having received advanced sales training from Salvatore Ferragamo, where she worked for 17 years, as well as Minolta Business Systems, Jessica is a highly skilled negotiator who is adept at building relationships. Being responsive, setting clear expectations, and maintaining the highest ethical standards have been essential to her success. To make a positive impact on the lives of her clients, Jessica constantly works to refine her skills and advance her knowledge. A graduate of Chapman University, where she earned a degree in Organizational Leadership, she applies her talent for researching to find available homes, solve problems and manage complex transactions for her clients. Fluent in Spanish as well as English, Jessica loves meeting new people and working with them to achieve their goals. As a resident of Southern Orange County since 1997, she enjoys having an opportunity to share her extensive local knowledge to help her clients find the right neighborhood to fit their needs or get the highest possible sales price. Jessica is an accomplished accordion player, as she initially taught the instrument when she was 17 years old, for Milton Mann Studios. Dedicated to her community, Jessica played the Hammond organ for her church every Sunday for about a year. She credits her time as a musician for giving her a belief in the importance of hard work, self-discipline and superior listing skills—traits that apply directly to real estate. Jessica looks forward to putting her years of training and experience in sales, market knowledge and energetic, positive outlook to work for the benefit of her clients.
