Jim Bodin

Jim has over 35 years continuous experience as a licensed REALTOR® working full-time in the Boulder residential market. He has been a member of the Boulder Area REALTOR® Association since 1966. He has consistently been one of Boulder's top producers throughout his career, and is Boulder's all-time top producing REALTOR®. He has won just about every sales award possible and, one year, was even ranked seventh in the nation of all REALTORS® nationwide. Jim graduated from Kansas University with a business degree and is married to Catie - a local artist. His two daughters both work full time with LIV Sotheby's International Realty. When he's not working, Jim enjoys going to the gym and flying his plane with Catie, who is also a pilot. Jim's chosen full-time career is the selling of residential real estate in Boulder. He was one of the original three founders of Bodin Realty in 1966 and is now a broker associate with LIV Sotheby's International Realty, a leading luxury real estate firm that emphasizes lifestyle and marketing Boulder county homes worldwide. He gained valuable experience in every phase of real estate management and marketing. An important distinction between the other top Brokers and Jim is that he personally handles all aspects of the transaction.
