Susan Sweeney

Susan is an energetic, results-oriented professional with a passion for helping her clients find a home that is the perfect fit for them. Dedication to her clients, enthusiasm in the search, knowledge of both the real estate market and of the Denver community, and integrity in the negotiation process are just a few of her hallmarks. For over twenty years, Susan has lived, worked, and played in the Hilltop neighborhood while raising her 2 sons. As they were growing, Susan became an active and involved community organizer for a broad range of civic and non-profit organizations. Between that community involvement and many other activities such as tennis, golf, cycling and snowshoeing, Susan has a wide network of contacts to draw upon in the search for your perfect property. Susan is passionate about architecture, construction and home renovation. Her interest has been fueled by an education in architecture (Attended the Masters Degree Program in Architecture and Planning at University of Colorado) and construction project management (CSU). She has both residential and commercial project management experience that can aid in the envisioning process of home renovation. Success in residential real estate is often based upon referrals. With that in mind, it is Susan's goal to inspire confidence and trust in her clients so that they can refer her to their friends and family and use her themselves over and over through the years for their residential real estate needs.
