Hello and thanks for visiting! For 22 years, Telluride has been my home and haven. For 38 years, real estate has been my passion and pursuit. Great homes create a sense of well being, comfort and refuge. A sense of place, where priceless memories are formed, and lives are well lived - these are my goals for you and yours.


My professional experience is uniquely comprehensive, including residential and commercial development, design, financing and sales. I’m currently developing an amenity-laden, Five Star boutique hotel and residential project in downtown Telluride on the river, on Main Street, overlooking Town Park and it’s festival grounds. The views are as epic, as they are peerless.


I’ve developed homes in Mountain Village, bought and sold seven lots, and served on their Design Review Board for seven years. My commercial career began in Washington, D.C. with Cushman & Wakefield. I also did mortgage lending with Citibank in San Francisco, and mortgage wholesaling, brokerage and banking in Seattle, Denver and Telluride. I possess a holistic understanding of all things real estate, including the governmental entitlements process, development, architecture, design, construction, finish qualities and every level of real estate financing. These skills also help me properly evaluate existing properties on your behalf.


On a personal note, I have two sons, Sean and Collin, 17 and 18. Sean is a happy, wonderful boy who has Autism, and is constantly teaching me the meaning of life. Collin is on the ski team at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying digital and social media’s and their production.


I wish I could tell you I have interesting hobbies, beyond an addiction to reading, but I don’t. My time is happily spent with my boys, my significant other, the ever-lovely Nancy Hill of Austin, Texas and hopefully one day, helping you and yours, find or create the home of your dreams.
