Rebecca Mason serves as Vice President, Affiliate Services for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. In this role, Rebecca works with North American affiliate companies across 10 states and Canada as a strategic ally, poised to support affiliate leadership in fulfilling and surpassing the vision and objectives set forth for their respective companies.

Having spent over 20 years in the real estate industry, Rebecca possesses a broad range of experience that allows her to provide insightful and tactical business guidance with a data-driven and relationship-forward approach. Rebecca has been with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand since 2018, most recently as the Senior Instructor for the Global Learning Team, where she facilitated mastermind sessions, delivered learning opportunities, and assisted advisors with growing their business efficiently and effectively.

Prior to relocating to New England in 2017, Rebecca began her career in Dallas, TX, in commercial real estate, working first with an international multi-family property management and development company, and then with a boutique, REIT acquisition investment firm. In 2011, she obtained her salesperson license and switched focus to residential real estate, where she helped many clients with the sale and purchase of their homes over the years.

Rebecca is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation as well as a certified Ninja. She splits her time between Providence, RI, and Cape Cod, MA, with her husband and two dachshunds.
