Ivan Vera

I’m Ivan Vera. I’m 27 years old, and I’m a Birmingham native, born and raised. I have two beautiful little girls. My oldest is Mia, and my youngest is Marley. Some may call me a certified “girl dad”, and you know what? I’m glad to uphold that title. I am married to an absolutely amazing and beautiful woman named Dalana. I consider myself to be an all-around family man.

I have been a bartender at Surin of Thailand – only steps away from our lovely Crestline LAH Sotheby’s International Realty office – for the past three years, and now I have the pleasure of being a part of both. I have a reputation for some of...if not the...best martinis in town. I’m serious. Come and try one!

I have been connecting with people for years, and I consider it to be one of my greatest attributes coming from the customer service world. Maurice Humphries, President and CEO of our brokerage, used to visit me at the bar regularly with his wife, and we would talk. On one of his visits, he gave me an opportunity to change my life. He saw a young man with great work ethic and a desire to be more for his family, so he took a gamble on me and decided to give me a shot. In my response to this opportunity, I persevered through all of my required real estate education, and I aced my real estate exam on the first try! Now, here I am, a REALTOR® for the very same company.
