Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Wicca Davidson may not be your typical real estate agent, but she does happen to be one of the best. In her early years as an agent – 30 years ago- she quickly moved from being a newcomer to achieving local and national recognition for her work in real estate sales. After her first year of work, Wicca was featured at the International Coldwell Banker Conference on the “Rising Star” panel. Before her move to the DC area, Davidson was one of the top 10 Coldwell Banker agents in North Carolina. In Maryland and DC these last 25 years, Wicca consistently has great client ratings and is a steady worker and innovative agent.
“I’m a bit of an iconoclast,” says Davidson. “I haven’t molded myself into what you might think of as a ‘typical’ real estate agent, but I really like what I do.”
In her real estate career Wicca Davidson combines the many skills and talents she has acquired over the years working a myriad of different jobs - from 20 years as a nurse, to cooking in restaurants. “I enjoy working with people,” says Wicca. And I’m a good listener.” Ethics matter to Wicca, and she sees her work as a way to do Tikkun Olam, the Jewish principal of repairing the world. After all, housing is one of our basic needs.
Her many satisfied customers attest to both her listening skills and her professional abilities. She and her manager regularly receive letters from clients praising her “professional and personable” manner and her “true gift for making people at ease and trusting that she will keep everyone’s best interests in mind.”
In 2024 Wicca began working with a newish agent – Hannah Nielsen - and the pair of them combine the best of skills. Wicca's deep experience and Hannah’s years of work as an economist in international development, and savvy make the team perfect for this day and age. They are equally focused on being ethical, being helpful, and creative as they work with buyers and sellers. Wicca photographs and stages houses, and both post on Instagram and Facebook.
Aside from work, Wicca served on the Town Council of the Town of Chevy Chase, chaired the community building committee of the Town for 6 years, and has moderated the Town listserv for 9 years now. She also has years of work on committees at Adat Shalom Reconstructionist Synagoue. Wicca has a background in art, international folk dancing, and vintage costume jewelry.
