Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Ranee is a new face to the Lakes Sotheby’s Wayzata office, but she is no stranger to real estate. Since 2005, she has been involved in residential resale, new build, design, and staging. She has also purchased, renovated, furnished, and set up high-end resort rentals across the country. Her broad knowledge base of “all things real estate” makes her comfortable in any transaction and brings advantageous expertise to her clients. In addition to real estate licenses in Arizona and Minnesota, Ranee also holds an MBA. She had a successful career in finance, has held leadership positions on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and was an elected director and 5-year board chair of a large public entity. For over 10 years, fellow Minnesotans have put their trust in Ranee’s hands for a variety of lifestyle changes. Whether interested in downsizing, rightsizing, relocating or renting, her complex knowledge of local markets, investment background and the extensive market reach provided by Sotheby’s ensures her clients get the home buying and/or selling experience they desire. Ranee prides herself on the communication, analytic skills and work ethic she brings to every transaction. Her promise is that no one will work harder or smarter for you. Ranee and her husband Randy have lived in Minnesota since 1983. They raised their family in Eden Prairie and now spend their Minnesota time on Excelsior Bay in Greenwood. They started their progression to Arizona over a decade ago and are residents in the North Scottdale golf community of Desert Mountain. Their four children have blessed them with 7 grandchildren thus far ages 11 to 2. They share a love of golf, hiking, and music. Their latest “bucket list” adventure was hiking the Rim to Rim at the Grand Canyon in early October – clearly one of the most beautiful pieces of real estate in the world! Ranee and Randy have been members of Hazeltine National since 1994. She is currently a co-captain of their Women’s City League travel team and VP of the Women’s 18-hole league.
