Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Born and raised in Minneapolis, Erica is a city girl with strong connections in rural Minnesota and a love of the wild country here and out west. She has lived, worked, and studied abroad, and apart from her native language of English, she is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, with a tiny bit of French, Catalan, and Italian in the mix!
Curious by nature, Erica is always seeking new knowledge and has a diverse range of strengths and skills. She purchased her first home in Minneapolis at age 26. She later lived in California for many years, completing an MBA in sustainable business, being an Airbnb Super Host, and working in several industries, including travel, coffee importing, farming and agriculture.
In 2020, Erica returned to Minneapolis, where she was recruited to work in a friend’s law firm specializing in estate planning and elder and disability law. The experience she gained in estate planning, combined with her education, high level of social intelligence, and previous work and life experience, lends itself well to her value as a Realtor.
Erica enjoys volunteering with local community organizations and has served on the board of For the Bayou, an organization dedicated to raising awareness of and restoring America’s largest and fastest-vanishing wetlands in South Louisiana.
Erica possesses a big-picture, worldly perspective and seeks beauty and excellence in all aspects of life. A team player, she is committed to fairness, kindness, and loyalty in her professional and personal relationships. She believes everyone deserves a home where they can rest, imagine, dream, play, and create life-long memories.
