Juliana is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she was raised in a family deeply rooted in the Real Estate ecosystem. Despite relocating to New York City and pursuing a career distinct from her familial background, her passion for Real Estate has remained steadfast since her youth. Before immersing herself in Real Estate, Juliana spent 20 years in the high-end boutique hotel industry. She collaborated with various Food and Beverage Groups in New York City, honing her skills in hospitality.
The enchantment of the Catskills region has always held a special place in Juliana's heart, which she shared with her wife. Four years ago, they made the decision to make it their permanent home, relishing in the year-round opportunities the region offers.
