Lisa Barnes has been involved in Real Estate sales and purchases since 1980. Real Estate is her second career, and she is very passionate about it. She moved to Granite Bay in 1999 from the Peninsula. She has served clients here in the Greater Sacramento Region since 2003, selling and purchasing in all price ranges, with repeat clients as well as first time buyers.
Lisa is a skilled negotiator and always puts her client's best interest first. She is a high achiever and takes a progressive approach to marketing, dedication to perfection and uncompromising service. She listens to her clients to help them achieve their goal.
Prior to her Real estate career, Lisa had 30 years of professional experience in the medical field both in patient care and management as a Radiologic Technologist. Her compassion and caregiving skills carry over into her Real Estate business.
Lisa currently serves on her HOA Board. She also served on the board for The Children's Heart Foundation California Chapter for 5 years, where she successfully led the fundraising committee.
When Lisa isn't serving her clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, water sports, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
In her business, Lisa feels the most profound asset she possesses is the respect of the clients she serves. Her goal is to keep her clients for life, not just for a single transaction. Her client's referrals are the highest compliment she can receive.
