Kathleen 'Katie' Lichtman is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who lives in Garden City with her husband and two children. As a third-generation resident, Katie possesses deep-rooted knowledge of Garden City and the surrounding areas of Long Island. Her connection to the region extends to the East End, where she has spent summers in Westhampton Beach, further enriching her expertise in that area.
Katie is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors, continually staying informed on the latest market trends and industry standards.
In addition to her real estate career, Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master of Science in Literacy Studies from Hofstra University. As a Reading Specialist in a neighboring school district, she brings the same organization, creativity, dedication, and leadership skills to real estate that have made her a highly successful educator.
Outside of her professional life, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and relaxing at the beach.
