Beatriz Cardona

Geni” was born in Cali, Colombia. At the age of 18, she left to Paris to study French at L’ Eurocentre for 9 months. Later, she attended Florida International University (FIU) where she graduated with a degree in International Relations, minor in Geography and dance. Then went on to work at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. At the Chamber, she focussed on International Business Development establishing strategic alliances with local; state; and international chambers of commerce, and trade associations. After her work with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, she moved back to Colombia to join the Ministry of Culture in Bogota, where she interacted with different Embassies and Consulates, and coordinated international programs for collaboration on cultural affairs programs. Her wealth of global experience is an asset to her real estate clients, many of whom are international themselves. Beatriz later returned to Miami to work at a “Virtual Shipping” start up company with her brother, where she developed agency networks to promote internet sales and honed her marketing skills. In 2009, Beatriz entered the business of Real Estate managing a Real Estate Portfolio where she identified potential business and Real Estate opportunities in Miami Dade & Broward Counties. In 2020 she developed & managed a construction project called “Oak Park Villas” located at Oakland Park, FL. She managed & coordinated all professional services, vendors, engineers, architect, surveyors, general contractor, city permitting amongst others to finalize and deliver the townhome project. The town homes have all been successfully sold! She resides in Cocoplum, a neighborhood in the city of Coral Gables, with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys serving the real estate needs of her local community and global clients with professionalism and care. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish; her first language. With in her passions; she loves to dance, travel, read and pray. Beatriz has over a decade of experience working in residential & commercial real estate throughout South Florida.
