Kristen Kobzik

From the architecture and design to the people who live there, Kristen Kobzik has always had a passion for what makes a house a home.



In 2021, Kristen launched her real estate career and has appreciated the privilege of helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Having spent most of her life on Cape Ann, Kristen enjoys the relationships she builds as much as the homes she represents and is committed to guiding her clients through the momentous decisions that come with buying and selling. 



Backed by a strong work ethic, Kristen strives to make every home search and sale fun and stress-free. She has a talent for advising her buyer clients on interior design and helping sellers assess every opportunity to elevate their home's value. 



Kristen is a mother to three daughters and resides in Newburyport with her husband Steve. She serves as Chairperson of the Special Education Parent Advisory Council at River Valley Charter School in Newburyport. She proudly coaches multiple sports including NYSE Soccer and Cross Country at RVCS, is an avid runner, and loves exploring the North Shore’s restaurant scene.
