Ivette Chao

Real estate advisor Ivette Chao was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, and emigrated to the U.S. in 2005. She credits her experience as an immigrant for making her the hard-working, courageous entrepreneur she is today. With a bachelor’s degree in International Business as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics, Ivette has the education and know-how to assist her clients through the real estate process, explaining and communicating their progress each step of the way.
Ivette finds her work in real estate parallels her experience in hotel and restaurant management as she uses the same skills she used in her experience in the business. Ivette brings a multicultural perspective to her international clients as she has a deep familiarity with many of the cultures of Europe, Latin America, and Asia.


While Ivette takes on any customer challenges with unparalleled drive and enthusiasm, putting her heart and knowledge in every step of the way during the transaction, she focuses mainly on international buyers, luxury homes, real estate investors, first-time home buyers, and entrepreneurs. When Ivette isn’t working hard to meet her client’s expectations, she spends time with her husband Jonathan Chao, their pup KONA, and their two boys Oliver and Leo. She loves working in the garden and dabbles as a chef on the occasion by hosting dinner parties at her home. A travel enthusiast, Ivette has had the opportunity to discover new places and cultures having visited Greece, China, London, Costa Rica, and Taiwan, to name a few. She believes that traveling is the best way to create lifelong memories that
will enrich a person’s perspective.
