Tom is a lifelong Brooklynite currently residing in Bay Ridge. While being a licensed real estate salesperson at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Tom is also a partner at a financial services firm which provides services that include buy-side forensic accounting, asset management, and asset valuation opinions.
Since 2017, Tom has also served in various Co-Op Board of Directors positions at his building—most notably, Co-Op Treasurer. Tom has intimate knowledge of all financial aspects of Co-Ops, which includes factors that determine maintenance fees, operating budgets, financial statements, tax abatements, and tax assessments. Tom has represented the Co-Op through major capital projects such as a complete lobby renovation, elevator modernization, boiler replacement, and laundry room renovation. Tom is also involved in the process of approving the transferring (buying and selling) of Co-Op shares and understands how to navigate the steps involved in the Co-Op buyer and renter interview process. Tom is always ready to share his experiences and knowledge with his clients, both sellers and buyers.
Tom is a graduate of Xavier High School located in Manhattan. He also graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Accounting. In his spare time, he likes to make everyone else look like a professional on the golf course.
