Diana Boutin has been a Realtor specializing in acquisitions of estates and fine homes for 23 years. Her successful career of more than two decades began in Montecito, CA and several years ago, she returned to her beloved Santa Fe and the Land of Enchantment. She brings immeasurable experience in real estate sales. Diana is licensed in CA and NM, allowing her to maintain and serve clients from both states.
Much of Diana's life experience has been greatly influenced by residing in a variety of places. Diana was born in Washington DC, raised and schooled in the Bay Area in California, and had a stint at boarding school in Bavaria, Germany. Diana brings a rare combination of great skills and talent. A master negotiator and a winning personality earned through years of excellent transactions, education, and training has provided her with a keen perception of human nature which translates into a knowledge of relating to her clients. She cares about her clients and is dedicated to assisting them in reaching successful real estate goals.
In 1991, Diana founded DB Marketing, an advertising and marketing company, where she had the pleasure of working closely with many fine art galleries in the Southwest with a particular focus in Santa Fe. Through her client base, she was also instrumental in establishing Cowboys & Indians Magazine.
