Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Eric spent most of his childhood on the north shore of Milwaukee in Fox Point. He attended college on the east coast and earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University before returning to Milwaukee to be closer to family and friends. Eric’s urban planning studies give him a unique understanding of how cities operate and an appreciation of what features in a city make a place feel like home. Real estate has become a natural vehicle for Eric to provide an invaluable perspective to clients as they consider different districts of the city and various surrounding communities and neighborhoods. Eric enjoys the advantages a mid-sized city like Milwaukee provides over larger metro areas. Ease of access to parks and hiking trails are some of his favorite features. Lake Michigan offers a few of Eric’s favorite hobbies, from reading on the beach, to sailing and kayaking from McKinley Marina. Eric enjoys exploring around and volunteering at the Urban Ecology Center—and he is at his happiest when at home, cooking a big meal, surrounded by family and friends.
