David spent 20 years in Manhattan and operated his own international marketing and sales company. This parlayed easily into real estate sales when he moved to the Hudson Valley. For him, it started as a weekend house in the country - a getaway from Manhattan. But then David quickly saw the lifestyle advantage of being a fulltime Hudson Valley resident. Coming from the overstimulating metropolis himself, David understands what a buyer from the city wants in a weekend home or when relocating. 'I wanted to be in nature but also have the sense of community that a hip village can offer, plus I wanted a house that had character.' The perfect place ended up being an 1880 village bakery repurposed into a modern farmhouse on seven acres close to the Hudson River. The best of country and village living. His mantra?
