Pamela Belfor

Pamela, originally from Philadelphia, attended the University of Vermont and Trinity College, Dublin obtaining a BS in Botany, Zoology and Organic Chemistry. Deciding that business would serve her better long-term, she obtained an MBA from the Wharton School and went to NYC, enjoying a successful 11-year career in portfolio management and mergers & acquisitions. Prior careers include chef/owner of a restaurant and real estate in central New York State and Vermont, as well as other entrepreneurial pursuits. She was then introduced to the Hudson River Valley. “When I saw the unique combination of the tranquil foothills of the Catskill Mountains and the magnificent upper Hudson River, and the breadth of history that comes with it, that was it” She relocated to the Village of Catskill in 2003, and bought and renovated a fantastic house overlooking the Hudson River. Pamela joined our Hudson Office in 2013. “I have always personally enjoyed real estate and can’t think of anything more fun and rewarding than matching people up with the right property.” In addition to spending time with family and friends, Pamela enjoys the visual and performing arts, tango dancing, dressage, sporting clays, motorcycle riding, and dining in the areas wonderful restaurants. She’s completely integrated into her new home town, serving terms on the Planning Board, Board of Assessment Review, and many other committees and boards including the Greene County Council on the Arts, Catskill Chamber of Commerce, and the Thomas Cole National Historic Site.
