Bonnie began her real estate career in the hotel hospitality industry and understands the importance of personalized customer service. With experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, Bonnie is a dedicated, service-oriented broker who is known and trusted for her integrity, attention to detail, and offering concierge service to all her customers.
Raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Bonnie is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting. In her early career, she spent 15 years in the hospitality and hotel industry working in the accounting and management fields. Bonnie began her real estate career on the commercial side of the industry, buying and selling hotel properties as she performed contract reviews, conducted proforma analysis, oversaw treasury management, and investor relations. Over 10 years ago, Bonnie shifted her focus to residential real estate sales and management in the Sarasota and Manatee County areas. Bonnie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Bonnie is certified as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS® as a member of their C2EX Commitment to Excellence program.
In her time outside of the office, Bonnie enjoys the Florida lifestyle and spending time with her husband, a retired Marine Corps officer. They have family in San Diego, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. She and her husband are supporters of the Moffitt Cancer Center, the Golden Rule Society, and multiple veteran organizations. They are members of the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club.
