Shilpa Khanna

Shilpa has 16 years of work experience in Customer Relations and Real Estate. She started her career with GE Capital and Fidelity International where she managed teams, handled customer relations for the UK and India and transitioned various processes before moving on to the real estate industry. Shilpa has seen real estate projects evolve from conception stage to post sales stages. She's of the opinion that closing of any deal is not the end, but beginning of a new relationship with every client. Her strengths are customer centricity and relationship building. Having lived and worked in Goa for 1.5 years, she has a good understanding of the Goa real estate luxury market and her relations with some prominent luxury players is definitely an added plus. Having acted in a few plays, she's a theatre lover and loves experiential travel.
