The way homes are marketed has changed. The new technology and advertising approaches required to sell homes in this dynamic market finds most agents playing catch up, or quite frankly confused and lost. The average agent lists a home, places it in the feeds and then sits back and wonders when the call will come in. The modern agent is grabbing information from all of the consumers that are surfing the home from behind a computer screen. Being proactive in creating new marketing strategies to appeal to the digital/social consumer has allowed her to use her degree of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing to its fullest.
Despite the demands of her profession, Beth enjoys spending quality time with her husband Paul, daughter Ann(ie) and friends. Born in Dallas, TX she grew up in Southern Oklahoma, and has called Old Lyme her home for nearly 30 years. She is well-connected and actively involved in the community, valuing the importance of giving back.
