Vincent Socci is the co-president and COO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, a leading residential real estate firm that operates with 27 brokerage offices and 1,100 real estate associates in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. Under two separate banners for each of their local markets, the company is known as William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and upstate New York, and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty in Westchester County, NY.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Vin brings a deep understanding of the business to his role. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing the corporate and brokerage support teams, and contributing to various areas of the organization, including marketing, finance, HR, relocation, technology, and strategy.
Since joining the firm in 2009, Vin has played an instrumental role in its growth and success. His keen eye for detail and strong leadership qualities have enabled him to successfully lead multiple acquisitions over the past decade, positioning the William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty as one of the largest real estate firms by volume in the United States and 3rd leading Sotheby’s International Realty company worldwide.
In addition to his responsibilities as co-president and COO, Vin is a thought leader in real estate marketing and technology. He has been a driving force in developing the company's digital ecosystem, forging partnerships with leading real estate technology platforms, and overseeing the firm's award-winning website and intranet. These efforts have earned the company numerous accolades, including recognition as the best overall real estate website by REAL Trends.
Prior to joining William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Vin gained valuable experience in marketing, sales support, and business development in various roles within the real estate industry. With a wealth of operational knowledge and as a licensed REALTOR in both New York and Connecticut, Vin is well-prepared to navigate the challenges and opportunities facing the residential real estate market, and is committed to driving the company's continued growth and success.
