Emily Bear

Emily’s fresh energy, competitive spirit and attention to detail drives everything she does. She prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service to each client—an ability she developed from a successful, diverse sales and marketing background. Having spent her childhood years in Shorewood, and now a resident of Thiensville, Emily believes in contributing to friendly, close-knit communities—a mentality that has helped her curate an in-depth understanding of many of the neighborhoods that make-up Greater Milwaukee, the North Shore and Ozaukee County. Emily focuses on giving first-time buyers and experienced homeowners, alike, a simple and fun buying or selling process. Her charisma, sincerity and thoroughness naturally help her clients feel at ease during what can become, at times, overwhelming. Emily holds a BA in Communication with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is an honorary member of the National Communication Association. She is a former competitive gymnast who now volunteers at her former gym. In her free time, Emily enjoys running, biking, cooking/eating healthy, gardening and caring for her two Chihuahuas, Chloe and Bronx.
