As a native Californian, Steve is fortunate to set roots in a one-of-a-kind area, El Dorado Hills. This suburb of Sacramento offers diverse opportunities of fine dining, community concerts and gatherings, hiking/biking trails, unique shops and easy travel to Tahoe and San Francisco. Steve was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in his DNA. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Cal Poly Technical University, San Luis Obispo California. His passion for real estate began early in life as he watched his parents navigate numerous investment properties. Steve’s mother immigrated from Columbia and his father has deep roots in Italy. Hard work and discipline are at the forefront of his character. Steve had the privilege to serve in the dental industry as a Sales Director for decades. The trainings and opportunities drove him to be an ongoing top-producer. Some of his awards and accomplishments include “Rep Of The Year”, “Territory Manager Of The Year”, “Eagle Award”, “Spirit Award” and “Cancun/Prague Achievement Award” to name a few. Throughout his Sales career, Steve offered real estate services to family and close friends, while always having a deep desire to step into it full-time. It's with great excitement to know that Steve has transitioned into a full-time Realtor specializing in residential and investment properties. On a personal note, Steve has lived in several communities of El Dorado Hills and settled in the Blackstone community in 2012. He is very involved in service projects and one highlight is sitting on the Board of Directors at Habitat For Humanity. During Steve’s down time, you will often find him tending to his backyard garden where he grows a variety of fruits and vegetables. In addition, he enjoys growing wine grapes and learning the art of homemade wine. Steve is a Tech enthusiast and offers assistance to family, friends and colleagues.
