Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Lauren Herwitt is an experienced negotiator, trusted advisor, and respected professional within the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Beach Cities. Every relationship with her clients is built on a foundation of integrity, honesty and commitment.
With over 15 years of experience as a Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner at firms such as Smith Barney, Wells Fargo Advisors and Merrill Lynch, Lauren quickly recognized the importance of listening closely to her clients’ needs, desires, goals and even fears. As a Part-ner of a top-producing team, she worked diligently to help every client clearly define their goals, together built a strategic plan or process and stayed focused on making their goals a reality. Now as a Real Estate Advisor, it is this same genuine commitment to her clients com-bined with a strong financial expertise, that sets Lauren apart from other agents.
Lauren’s roots in the local community run deep as her family purchased and resided in one of the first homes built in Palos Verdes Estates in the late 1920’s. Now, with both children in Pa-los Verdes schools, Lauren is still very active within the community and volunteers on school campus. Her long-standing local network throughout the South Bay plus her knowledge of the various neighborhoods, school districts and unique real estate markets are valuable assets to both her buyers and sellers.
For Lauren, aligning herself with a brokerage that has a stellar local and global reputation, uses innovative technology, high-quality in-house marketing and has an expansive network of agents both locally and globally was of utmost importance. That is the reason she joined Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.
Whether your goal is to find the house you’ve been dreaming of or to sell your existing home for top dollar, Lauren is committed to making it happen. She is communicative, approachable and hard working.
Lauren currently resides in Redondo Beach with her husband, Jeremy, and two young chil-dren, Jake and Olivia.
