Parker Meyer

In her career trajectory, Parker Meyer has gone from a Hollywood Cameraman to an Upstate Landman today forging a niche in handling large land listings and the associated farmlands, farmhouses, land leases, cattle, crops, zoning laws and land disputes that come with the rural roadmap. At every turn, she is most proud of her esprit de corps and the glass ceilings she has helped crack along the way. Parker doesn’t mind getting her boots muddy in order to make a deal on 300 acres of woods and she has a highly trained creative eye able to see the future benefits of banking on good bones for an architectural advantage. She has been in real estate full time since 2013 and has been in the Upstate New York realty trenches since 2019. She is known by her clients for her tenacity, delicate diplomacy, expert navigation of tough negotiations (a nod to working with city brokers and farmers, alike) and her indefatigable work ethic. Her clients are her priority.

Frankenheimer and his oh so cool wife Evans Evans bought her dinner at Mr. Chow one evening, she worked so hard for Metallica that they gave her on stage and back stage passes, her first art show ever was a Mike Kelley exhibit at the Hirschhorn Museum and her mind got bent forever, she has surfed the wave at Cloudbreak in Fiji while getting per diem to do it and she has been included in multiple publications along the way i.e., find her oystering salt water flats in Saveur magazine and cookbook or loading film in a sweaty tent on an island far away for the Patagonia catalog.
