Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Danielle Hilliker’s career as a Realtor was meant-to-be. She gained a degree in interior design and worked for a local architecture firm. While working there, Danielle discovered her passion for marketing. With a drive for life and travel, a brief hiatus gave her a new direction. Upon returning from the trip of a lifetime traveling through Europe, she decided to go back to school and gain an additional degree in marketing.
Danielle quickly realized that real estate combined her strengths and interests: people, design, homes and marketing. She obtained her real estate license in 2013 and found immediate success closing over $6 million in sales volume during her first year. Danielle’s entrepreneurial spirit lead her to co-create a privately owned real estate brokerage in Morristown. She helped grow the company through branding and marketing while also continuing to conduct sales. Danielle obtained her Brokers license in 2016. Her business throughout Morris and Somerset counties continued to flourish.
Her move to Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2020 has been the perfect opportunity to continue her real estate career while utilizing Sotheby’s innovative marketing, prestigious brand and global reach.
Danielle’s roots were originally established in Long Valley, expanded to Morristown and eventually brought her to settle in Chester with her husband, son and soon-to-be second child. As a successful Realtor, she is considered to have an easy-going personality, eye for design, sales experience and extensive knowledge of the local market. Danielle is excited to continue to help buyers and sellers successfully move onto the next chapter of their lives.
