Kristin Coppola

I have been actively engaged in residential brokerage on the South Shore since 2005 and now have more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience. In 2011 and 2012, I was ranked #8 of all real estate agents in Duxbury. I believe buying or selling a home can be one of the most challenging experiences an individual can undertake, but with the right support, smart marketing and my innate desire to help, I can make it a stress free, positive experience.

As a long-time South Shore resident, it’s always been important to me to stay involved with the community by serving as either a member or volunteer for non-profit organizations. My efforts have helped build a new community playground, provide valuable programs and services at our local library, raise awareness and support for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and raise funds for non-profit organizations like Camp Wing.

In 2018 I joined the Liz Bone Team as a listing coordinator and personal assistant to Owner/Broker Liz Bone of South Shore SIR. As such, I manage all aspects of the team’s listings and act as a liaison to both buyers and sellers as they navigate contracts, attorney communications, inspections and closing to dos. I pride myself on going above and beyond for our clients in all aspects of real estate.
