Daniel Collins

As a lifelong Saratoga Springs resident, Dan spent the first half of his career in his family’s construction business. After departing the construction industry in 2011, Dan worked with numerous businesses as an investor and consultant. In 2013, Select Sotheby’s International Realty became one of those investments. Dan became a licensed real estate broker and eventually the CEO of the company while working closely with new and existing staff and agents to take the business to more than 5x growth over a 7 year period along with his business partners Andrea Collins and Lou Izzo. This leadership team also made investments in First Coast Sotheby’s International Realty until being acquired by One Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021. Also in 2021, Dan and his partners teamed up with Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty joining that company as the upstate New York division, covering from the Catskills through the Adirondack Park, to the Canadian border, and west to Buffalo. Dan currently resides in Saratoga with his wife and business partner, Andrea, and his two boys Dylan and Ethan. Dan has always an eye for design and a knack for the finer things in life- he enjoys perusing art galleries, tasting fine wines, traveling the world, skiing, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
