I have been in real estate for the past 22 years and I have recently joined Timm Associates Sotheby's International Realty after spending 12 years in the Old Forge Real Estate market. Before coming to the residential market in Old Forge, NY, I worked for Pyramid Brokerage Company specializing in commercial real estate. I have personally owned 65 residential rental apartment units in 22 buildings, at one point in my real estate career. I have a great deal of experience in different facets of real estate, from residential listing and sales, property management, personally buying, renovating and selling large numbers of properties and also, commercial real estate buying, selling and leasing.
