Olivia Hornig

Olivia Hornig has led the financial structure of Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty since its inception in 2008, and helped ensure that the company was one of few real estate home sale companies to have grown every year during the recession.
She attended the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Financial Management and then obtained her Minnesota Real Estate License in 2001. For many years she sold homes as part of a husband and wife team and attended to her work as an apartment investor and owner, all of which lent to her knowledge of Multi-Family Investments and 1031 Exchange transactions. As the Financial Director, Olivia’s diligence ensures that LSIR remains strong, viable, and poised for continued growth.
In the winter of 2015, Olivia and Jeff purchased Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Sun Valley, Idaho Sotheby's International Realty offices. Olivia will oversee their financial growth along with the Lakes office. Olivia grew up in Minnesota and now resides in Edina, MN with her husband, Jeff, and two children.
