Marika Alksnite

Marika Alksnīte has been a part of the Latvia Sotheby's International Realty team since 2013, experiencing various stages of the company's growth and changes in the Latvian real estate market, while constantly maintaining her high professionalism. Marika's first education is in event management, which makes it easier for her to see the 'big picture' in her daily work, while her rational knowledge is provided by her education in business, marketing, and public relations.
Although until 2013 Marika's experience in sales was related to other industries, she is currently an expert in rentals, working particularly successfully with embassies, diplomats, and international companies, as well as a sales expert, specializing in the center of Riga, Teika, Bergi, and Baltezers districts.
