Elain has lived and worked in Providenciales for over 17 years. During that time, she has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge about real estate, lifestyle and positive investment in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Elain is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and brings with her a wealth of financial management expertise in the construction and hospitality industries. Originally from Canada, she came to Providenciales in 2001 and opened her own financial advisory consulting company. As an independent practitioner, she provided accounting services to several high-profile development projects in the Turks and Caicos. Now happily established working with Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, she is dedicated to delivering a first-class level of service to her clients. She is married to a senior attorney who specializes in property transactions, enhancing her ability to facilitate support and information for clients at every stage along their path to achieving their real estate goals.
