Fortune Heaney

Fortune graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Speech Pathology. She has been in the real estate business since 1985 and has worked through several periods of change in our market place. Fortune feels that this diversity is what keeps our business vital and interesting. Her experience in listening to the special and individual needs of both buyers and sellers over the years has made her a top producing agent in Garden City for more than twenty years.Fortune was raised in Garden City. Her three sons attended the Garden City schools and have returned to raise their own families in the Village. Her first hand knowledge of the community, its' schools and services, she believes is one of her key assets in helping customers and clients. Along with her business partners, Claudia Galvin and Lisa Heaney, their philosophy is that every detail, from the initial handshake to the completion of the sale, is important.
