Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Jessica Chase has been an integral team member of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty since her relocation from San Francisco in 2013. In just a few years, Jessica became one of the brokerage’s top producing agents, and one of the top 30 agents in Newport County. Due in part to having been born and raised in the great state of Maine, Jessica has developed an effective style that reflects a combination of California cool and Northeastern tenacity. She likes to succeed (for her clients) but does so with a calm demeanor and a smile. Jessica is down to earth, personable, honest, and reliable.
Prior to joining the Sotheby's International Realty® network, Jessica spent over seven successful years in corporate sales in the Bay Area. She also owned and operated a California-based small business, which she eventually sold at an industry record breaking price. Jessica brings those entrepreneurial skills and business acumen to her real estate career. Once in Rhode Island, Jessica quickly established herself in the Newport County real estate market and built a loyal clientele base. Her professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the market, strong negotiation skills, as well as her attentiveness to her clients' needs make her an ideal agent for finding or selling a home in the area. Jessica strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is enjoyable, easy and stress-free. Jessica works tirelessly on behalf of her clients and is known for providing poignant, candid advice, and is available any time of the day to answer her client’s questions or concerns.
In her spare time, Jessica's pursues a variety of interests such as sustainable living, architecture, health and fitness, as well as international travel. When Jessica is not in the office, she enjoys a very active lifestyle that takes advantage Rhode Island’s coastal living, including biking with her dog, Griffin.
