A San Diego native, Charles grew up in north county suburb of Rancho de Los Penasquitos, and attended high school at Mt. Carmel. After completing his preparatory education in the Poway Unified School District, Charles graduated from the University of California at San Diego where he earned a B.A. in Media and communication from the Visual Arts department. It was there that he was able to build a strong foundation towards what would become a lengthy career in the motion picture industry lasting more that 20 years. As a Production Designer, Art Director and Set Decorator, with many years of experience in and around San Diego's metro area, Charles has had the unique opportunity to share his knowledge of design and architecture to the benefit of his clients looking for a new home, or investment property. There has actually been a few visits with his clients to homes that he's actually filmed in, or has scouted for various productions. Through his film production experience he has developed negotiating, budgeting and leveraging skills that have proved to be valuable assets. Charles understands that building lasting relationships and communicating are very important values. He will make sure that the best interests of his clients are being served and that they are involved to the level they want to participate. Charles specializes in the coastal and metro neighborhood markets of greater San Diego, but also has keen knowledge of the north county areas. He enjoys working with first time home buyers, client's looking to upsize or down size as well as seasoned investors looking to rehab and resell or hold and lease their asset. Being very fond of the outdoors, Charles enjoys to, surf, ski, snowboard, golf, rock climb, play/watch soccer and especially loves to do all of that with his family and friends. Music is also a large part of who Charles is and as a musician he's been part of the San Diego music scene for over 30 years with a vast knowledge and appreciation for all the great diversity of music that San Diego offers.
