Determination, discipline and passion: The rules I live my life by. I have been in the sales business for over 20 years. My experience in Real Estate covers every aspect of it, from single family residences and commercial property to pre-construction sales, both as sales agent and sales director. Presently I am dedicated to luxury homes and high end clients. Born in Bogota, Colombia, got a bachelors degree in Hospitality. I was hired by a 5 star hotel were the final position held was General Manager. Working in the hospitality business gave me a great deal of experience in public relations and customer satisfaction. Relocated to Miami in 1999 to widen horizons, I renewed my bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and later acquired a Masters degree in Finance at Florida International University. I have since worked with financial institutions procuring funds to purchase residential and commercial real estate. Miami has become an icon of real estate development, among other things, due to its wide range of cultures and privileged position as and entry gate to foreign nationals. There is always something going on in Miami giving the city its cosmopolitan status which motivates me to achieve the highest level of performance.
