Pat Moroney's motto in life is “Carpe Diem.” She lives to make every moment count. That attitude translates to make her a successful, approachable and passionate hard-working real estate agent, all of which has buoyed her to the list of top producers at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty, where she also works as an Associate Director, mentoring other agents in how best to market and sell luxury homes. She truly loves her job, her work family and the community in which she liPat has called Manhasset home for the majority of her life. It's where she was born and raised, and where she moved back to to raise her 5 kids. Her children attended Manhasset schools, she eats at Louie's most days, and still goes to the same dry cleaner since she was 12. Pat has worked extremely hard to provide her clients an honest approach to real estate. After a successful first career on Wall Street, she joined Deirdre O'Connell Realty, Inc. in 2004 – a small boutique agency that taught her the importance of a strong commitment to her clients. Pat continues to strive to provide her clients a memorable real estate experience, and her success speaks to her personal commitment to them. A specialist in selling waterfront and luxury homes, she is currently the sole agent representing the Bridges at Whitestone – a development project in Queens with 45 custom homes overlooking the Whitestone and Throgs Neck bridges.
