Beth Hargraves, Maria Carlino and Bernadette Haley have joined Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty as The HCH Team. The agent team was the first to operate out of the company's new Irvington, N.Y. brokerage and will primarily service Westchester County's Rivertowns including Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Cortlandt, Croton on Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Ossining, Peekskill, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown to name a few.

Maria Carlino, a long time resident of Irvington, is a consistent top producer and brings several years of market knowledge and real estate expertise to the Rivertown area. Prior to her real estate career, Maria was an owner/partner of a successful IT consulting firm that concentrated in the banking and brokerage markets. With a healthy growth of revenue, profits and a client base that included Fortune 500 companies, Maria executed the sale of the firm. It was in this capacity she acquired her exceptional skills in negotiating contracts that continue to serve her clients well today. Maria believes the most important part of the sale is the relationship that develops within it. She is consistently personable, attentive, patient and understanding, while taking an informative yet low pressure approach. Clients have always benefited from this consistent style as it creates a positive result for all! Maria is a passionate foodie, loves travel, hiking, cycling, and is very fond of cinema...especially independent and foreign.
