Danielle Newson

California native, Danielle Newson started her real estate career in 2001 as the owner of a real estate investments company which purchased and sold distressed properties. In 2005, Danielle began negotiating real estate transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers as a licensed Realtor and has enjoyed the profession ever since.

Formerly a Sr. Engineer and a Sr. Program Manager with Allied-Signal/Honeywell research and development, Danielle applies her business skills, logical approach to problem solving and creative edge to help her clients achieve their dreams and goals of buying and selling their personal residences and investment properties. An advocate for property ownership, no price range is too small or too big and she has happily represented clients over the years from the smallest condo up to luxury homes and multi-unit income properties.

Having achieved a mature level of business, Danielle has been awarded the prestigious Five Star Professional Realtor Award nearly every year since 2013, as seen in Los Angeles magazine. Through an independent survey of buyers and sellers and a rigorous research process that includes a regulatory and consumer review, Danielle scored in the top 1% of agents across the United States. Danielle Newson is a caring, dedicated and proficient Realtor and has earned several Top Producer awards at her brokerage.

In addition to her love for real estate, Danielle is the proud mother of three beautiful children, all of whom are incredible young adults now. Danielle enjoys spending her free time traveling the world, creating strange art and spinning on her Nordic Track bike.
