Heidi Flint

Heidi Flint is a Broker Associate with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty and an integral part of the Vanatta Group real estate team. She started as an assistant with Broker/Owner Pam Vanatta in 1994, became licensed in 1995 and continues to be in the role of Transaction Manager for this highly productive real estate team. 30 years of experience working with both Buyers and Sellers is an invaluable asset to the transaction process from first glance of that dream property, through contract, to closing. “It’s working with people that I love, helping them through a relatively complicated and for some a scary but exciting process, in order to accomplish their goals. Heidi grew up in Northern California but has spent more than half her life in Steamboat. During high school, Heidi worked summers for her brother who sold commercial real estate in the Bay Area. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture, she moved to Steamboat. Three years in the flower shop, and she was drawn back in to real estate. It’s just in her blood. She still loves the flowers and everything outdoors, singing, cooking, and enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer.
