Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Enjo “Laura” Cho-Hong raised her children (now college-age) in Manhattan and loves city life. Having acted as general contractor for her own properties, Laura understands the ins and outs of renovation. As a result of her experiences, she is able to point out the possibilities of properties for renovation/sales and for purchase and has developed a keen eye for the value in a property. Laura's attention to detail and high level of organization have also proven to be valuable assets in her real estate career.
Laura specializes in sales, rentals, and new developments in Manhattan and helps buyers, sellers, renters, investors, and developers achieve their unique goals.
Outside of her work at Sotheby's International Realty, Laura remains an active alumni parent volunteer at Trinity School on the Upper West Side, where all three of her children graduated and where she has held numerous leadership positions over the years. Laura is also a member of the University of Pennsylvania Parents’ Council where she is a part of the Penn Previews Committee and the Student and University Life Committee. In addition, she is active with philanthropic organizations within the Korean American community, including the Korean American Community Foundation and the Korean American Family Service Center.
Being an empty-nester, Laura has decided to bring her expertise and wealth of Manhattan knowledge to Sotheby's International Realty.
